1. Payment Terms

• JanakiBharath offers flexible payment options to suit your project needs. We will discuss the specific payment terms with you before commencing any work. Common payment terms include:

  • Upfront payment: A percentage of the total project cost may be due upfront before work begins.
  • Milestone payments: Payments may be divided into installments tied to the completion of specific project milestones.
  • Net terms: Payment may be due within a set number of days after project completion (e.g., net 30).

• We accept payment via various methods, including bank transfer, online payment gateways (if applicable), or checks (upon approval).

• Any applicable taxes will be added to your final invoice.

2. Refund Policy

JanakiBharath is committed to delivering high-quality services and meeting your expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund may be requested. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Project cancellation by client:

  • If you cancel the project before work begins, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
  • If you cancel the project after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. We will deduct the cost of completed work and any non-refundable expenses incurred from the total project cost to determine the refund amount.
    
    

• Project dissatisfaction:

  • If you are dissatisfied with the final project deliverables, we will work with you to address your concerns and revise the deliverables as needed.
  • If, after a good faith effort, we are unable to produce a solution that meets your requirements, we may offer a partial refund based on the usability of the deliverables produced.
    
    

• Refunds will be processed within 90 business days of approval.

Please Note:

• This policy applies to standard services offered by JanakiBharath. Custom projects or services with specific terms may have different payment and refund arrangements outlined in a separate agreement.
• Any requests for refunds must be made in writing to info@janakibharath.com within 7 days of project completion or invoice receipt.
